We are a massage/wellness business that focuses on therapeutic/injury massage to aid in managing chronic pain caused by muscle imbalances and improper posture. Deep tissue & Myofascial Release are the two main techniques used to treat Sciatica, lower back pain, knee pain, rotator cuff and pelvic girdle (hip) issues. Carlene Thomas owns and operates as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Body Sculpting Technician, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Health & Life Coach, and a CEU Provider. She is also an in-network provider for veterans, via Optum Healthcare.
