Welcome to Elite Recovery! I've been a massage therapist for 6 years now after serving as a medic in the Army. I opened Elite Recovery with the goal of helping my clients avoid unnecessary pain medications and surgeries. With a strong medical background and expertise in anatomy, physiology, and strength training, I provide targeted sports and therapeutic massage to enhance recovery, reduce pain, and improve performance.
