Whether you're looking to relax your body and mind for your overall health and well-being, or you have trauma from an auto crash or other mishap and need relief, I tailor your massage to what you need. I use moist hot packs, along with Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular Therapy, or trigger point work, and have over 30 years of experience as an LMT. My in-home studio is a safe and relaxed place to leave the world behind and enjoy some "me" time. My fee for one hour on the table is a reasonable $60.00, and I encourage everyone to consider massage therapy on a regular basis as part of living a healthy, holistic life.
