Hi there! My name is Alexis Carroll. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and A Certified Massage Doula. I'm also a Certified Prenatal Massage Specialist and a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Needless to say, I'm all about supporting Mamas and Babies on their incredible pregnancy journeys! After 5 years of practicing holistic massage therapy, I decided to put my heart into helping Mamas and Babies. Having experienced four very different pregnancies of my own, I know firsthand the amazing benefits that a Massage Doula can bring to both mamas and their precious babes.
