I help those who suffer from dysfunctional postural patterns caused by chronic muscle pain using an Integrative Neuromuscular approach to eliminate muscle spasms, restore flexibility, and improve the ideal posture pattern. I have been an independent licensed massage therapist since 2010. The knowledge and experience in techniques such as Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Sports Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, Structural Fascia, Reiki, and Holistic Manual Lymphatic Drainage permit me to help my clients. My treatment focuses on creating a personalized massage treatment plan that responds to the unique health history and lifestyle of each of my clients, as a result, a better quality of life is back on the trail.
