At Quiet Waters Wellness, it is my passion to make sure you leave our massage session super relaxed, revitalized and restored. Each client is different, with unique body systems and areas of concern. I am a massage therapist extensively trained and/or experienced in deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, foot reflexology, hot stones, Japanese foot massage, advanced foot work, advanced deep tissue techniques, face lift massage, bamboo massage, Gau sha and others. I believe that one of the things that makes us human is our ability to make contact with our world and each other. Life can get really stressful, so my approach to massage is to really listen to you and support your body and mind with a combination of techniques designed just for you.
