Hi! I am Joi Dupre, a licensed massage therapist (MA59262) with 26 years experience. Specializing in Therapeutic Massage: Neuromuscular Therapy, Orthopedic Massage, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue; I blend these techniques to create a session customized to meet your individual needs. I am a 700 hr certified Yoga Instructor. I teach the LYT Method of Functional Yoga & Movement. This method, created by Lara Heimann, PT, is inspired by the modern teachings of PT with a focus on neurodevelopmental movement, neutral spine & pelvis, integration, strength, stability, and mobility.
