I am a licensed massage therapist, and yoga instructor in the Maitland, fl, Orlando area. I provide customized massage therapy and yoga instruction for each individuals unique needs. I am highly skilled, and know over 26 different modalities. I specialize in Bar massage(Ashiatsu), Thai massage, Reiki Energy work, Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone , Crystal massage to name a few. I am also a Registered yoga instructor, and provide private yoga instruction, Meditation instruction, Breathwork, as well as other healing modalities.
