Helping people relax, get out of pain, and explore their inner landscape is what I have been doing since 1993. I look for your body's response as a guide in my sessions. Blending multiple techniques, I find the one(s) that allow your body to let go & relax as I hunt for the places that that directly contribute to your pain and discomfort. The sessions are a co-creation and designed around your specific needs each time you come in.
