At Lotus Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork my specialty is working with women and helping them achieve their wellness goals. My focus is on the TMJ, hip flexors, and diaphragm- as these areas are where most restriction happens. I aim to get your body moving better and to help balance the chakra energy in the body. I use a variety of different modalities to assist in releasing the tension in your soft tissue, based on your needs. Therapeutic Massage is a big part of what I do, meaning I customize each massage to what your body and mind need that day, in order to calm your nervous system.
