Licensed Massage Therapist and Birth Doula. I offer prenatal and postnatal massage therapy that will help with easing discomfort, aches and pains for helping the mom prepare her body for labor and birth. I also offer Birth Doula services that allow me to be physical, mental, and informative support person from Mom. I provide comfort and pain management, encouragement, breath work, advice, and any other support you may need, including breast-feeding support. Specializing also in clinical structural bodywork and postural distortions and the cause of pain and dysfunction in the body. Preventative massage therapy for those wanting to avoid surgery or rehab for those who have had surgery. I look forward to being of service!
