Vibro-Acoustic Therapy, (VAT) uses a pure frequency catered to the individuals needs. Vibro-Acoustic Music Therapy (VAMT) music is involved in the session for relaxation or full immersion purposes. VAT/VAMT works by using a frequency which physically realigns and tunes out all the "white noise" felt in your body and mind that is causing the individual stress, anxiety, and most likely physical pain. The white noise is actually different frequencies acting against each other. This service allows the client to "zone out" while the mind, body , and soul realign.
