Hands on Health &Healing is a branch of Massage Therapy called, Structural Energetic Therapy®, or (S.E.T), is a body restructuring therapy that alleviates, and often eliminates, acute and chronic pain. SET is a specialized branch of Licensed Massage Therapy that addresses imbalances throughout the body. Bringing the body's structure into proper balance that results in performance gains in every day functions for many clients. Treatments usually begin with cranial/structural therapy to initiate a release of the body's holding patterns, and thereby begins the re-balancing. At this point, the client's body begins to unwind, preparing the soft tissue for more extensive work. SET is a specific sequence of techniques applied protocol.
