Hamilton Baird has more than eight years of experience using massage therapy and the knowledge of bio-mechanics to provide specialized treatment for each client. Based in Orlando, Florida, Hamilton has extensive experience working with more than 100 All-American Athletes and Olympians including DeeDee Trotter, a two-time Olympic gold medalist in the 4x400m relay. Hamilton is certified in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR), Swedish massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Russian Sports Massage, Eric Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment, and Lomi Lomi Massage.
