Tiffiny does therapeutic massage, bodywork and wellness as Enlightened Touch, LLC. She has been doing massage since 2009 and addresses the root cause of discomfort, inflammation, aches and even digestion problems. She uses an Amethyst BioMat on her table that works on the inside while she works on the outside. Tiffiny has been practicing Craniosacral therapy for since 2012, she does cupping, deep tissue, nutrition and supplementation for optimal health. Tiffiny focuses on the issues in your tissues from the inside out & inside out. Balancing the body overall by listening to what you and your body both say and addressing said dysfunctions in a drug free way. She believes your bodywork maintenance is just as important as your car maintenance.
