With 25 years of full-time clinical experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist in South Florida, I offer integrative Manual and Bodywork Therapy focused on relieving complex acute and chronic pain. Using evidence-based clinical modalities, I take a natural, holistic approach to address issues such as repetitive muscular strains, sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders, and chronic stress. My practice also incorporates wellness education, helping clients achieve long-term pain relief and overall well-being. A (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, with a specialty in corrective exercise, functional movement and postural assessment, as well as a stretching and flexibility specialist.
