As a Licensed Massage Therapist my goal is to use my educated and intuitive touch to help transform your physical and energetic state from one of stress, anxiety, lethargy and discomfort to that of relaxation, mental calm and clarity - decreased discomfort, increased flexibility and strength, as well as internal health and reinvigoration and wholeness. I will facilitate these changes by administering various integrated modalities of massage such as Swedish, Trigger point therapy, myofacial and Athletic Myotherapy, Aromatherapy, and Reiki to name a few.
