Lisa Ruffles has been a licensed massage therapist for over 20 years serving the Greater Danbury Area and beyond. She continues to have a thriving private practice in Ridgefield, promoting the importance of consistent self-care. Lisa is also a certified life coach with a focus on wellness for women. She is passionate about supporting women of all ages through life’s different stages. She believes deeply in addressing all aspects of our being (mind, body and spirit) in order to lead a more balanced life. Lisa incorporates a layered approach to wellness and healing through massage, coaching and meditation.
