Fern and Foster Massage was built upon the ideology that, as the practitioner, I am not the one doing the healing - I am fostering it. My intention is to provide a transformative massage experience that brings you into an expanded sense of wellness and safety in your body. My work as a massage therapist is trauma informed and nervous system focused. With my intuitive and holistic approach to massage, I create a small bubble in space and time where your mind, body and soul can hit the reset button.
