Ann Marie Alonzi is the owner of Copper Nest and licensed massage & stretch therapist for over 6 years in both CT & NY. Her goal is to aid her clients find relief in a purposeful way. Her clients range from athletes to the elderly and everyone in between. Ann Marie utilizes several techniques including medical massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping and energy work all in the comfort of your own home. Whether the goal is to find relief from soft tissue pain or stress, your session will be specifically tailored to you. Ann Marie has advanced certification in both Pregnancy Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
