Hi there! My name is Connor Hamp. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist. I believe that our experience in our bodies is the most important aspect of our being - it's the pillar that holds up our holistic well-being. I specialize in integrated deep tissue massage - that is, a modality that focuses on systematically addressing imbalances and dysfunction in your body. It includes elements of Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports Massage. That is to say, my bodywork is tailored to your body and goals.
