Hi, I’m Ali! I have been a Massage Therapist for 14 years. I specialize in deep tissue and sports massage, as well as neuromuscular, trigger point, and cranial sacral therapy. My touch is slow and mindful. It can be very deep if needed, and always intuitive. I provide clients with postural analysis, as well as stretches and exercises to help the work we do together last. I love helping people work through stubborn or chronic pain by providing deep body listening.
