Hello...I am a 20 year veteran of bodywork and have studied many modalities. I specialize in Swedish Deep tissue, soft tissue injury, sports massage, on-site chair massage, and prenatal massage. This work can help increase circulation, induce relaxation, reduce or eliminate inflammation and chronic pain, reduce or eliminate headaches, increase range of motion, increase in active performance, and accelerated repair and recovery from Athletic activities.
