I'm Lisa, a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Swedish and in deep tissue barefoot massage. This modality involves lowering the massage table so I can stand on it and use the broad pressure from my feet to massage. I use one or both feet at a time, depending on your weight and pressure preferences. I am very careful to work slowly and within your comfort level. My goal is to never cause you pain. We will talk about your needs and tailor your massage, using either my hands, feet, or both. Your session can focus on relaxation, reducing pain, or sports massage. I'm a practicing Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and Sports Health and Wellness. I'm also an RN Health Coach and Certified Foot Care Specialist.
