My name is Liyah, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist located in both Littleton and Westminster Colorado. I studied Cranial Sacral Therapy at the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2015, and have many modalities focusing on body movement techniques to my one of a kind massages during my career. I have worked in a lot of different massage therapy locations and have learned everything from spa etiquette in high end spas to sports massage and trigger point work in a chiropractic office. In these locations I felt there was always something lacking in the way we approach massage. That is exactly why I started The Body Healing Studio, to make the body whole with movement and relaxation.
