By combining therapeutic massage techniques and trauma-informed bodywork, I aim to facilitate a sense of balance and healing. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health. We all face our own challenges, whether it's stress, recovering from an injury, lingering aches, or something else entirely.
