James started practicing yoga in 2005, and has delved deep into the various aspects of the Bhakti path. Completing a 200 and 500 hour at Samadhi Center for Yoga, he has dedicated years to meditating on Ganesha, the remover of obstacles, and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, using ancient Tantric techniques to delve deep into spirituality and internal development. Having completed a 750-hour massage, and being a Level 2 Reiki practitioner, he believes in the integration of mind, body, spirit and breath and approaches healing in the same way. James started Sarva Massage and Healing arts in 2021 and offers massages, reiki, personalized yoga studies, and personal mentorships.
