Available by appointment, I provide therapeutic bodywork using Dynamic Whole Body Integration. By using a combination of manual therapy techniques, I am able to provide a sense of deep relief that is often unachievable through more traditional or straightforward massage modalities. I am able to sense the layers of tension that overlap with one another in the body to generate our aches, pains and discomfort, and methodically peel away these tension layers, resulting in a body with greater structural integrity and less overall pain. I'm a licensed, independent massage therapist with a private, cozy office space overlooking downtown Glenwood Springs, Colorado.
