I have been practicing massage for a number of years. I graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1998 and have a number of different specialties, including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Labor, Delivery & Postpartum, Infant Massage Instruction, Massage Cupping, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I believe that massage is a key essential to optimal health. I also believe that rest and relaxation are essential to stress relief at all levels. I love giving people the opportunity to just let go and relax. We live in a busy and chaotic culture and rarely take the time to give ourselves permission to take a break. If our bodies are relaxed our minds will relax as well.
