At Peak Recovery we know movement and believe it is our greatest medicine. We are so proud to be serving Durango - because Durangutans never stop moving and we are here for it. Having had the pleasure of working with professional athletes, weekend warriors, and everything in between we know the importance of putting our health first and offer a comprehensive approach to bodywork. We’ll ask you about your sleep and lifestyle habits as well as how you like to move and what we can best offer you on the table. We utilize a variety of techniques from deep tissue to lymphatic drainage, cupping and mobility programming, and even a good ole relaxation session if that’s what your body is calling for.
