I can offer an answer to the "why" your body is in pain and offer a therapeutic plan for healing. We also offer energy healing to open energy pathways for stress reduction, anxiety relief, connection to self and universe. Spiritual Life Coaching offers expansion of self beyond the physical form. When trauma, grief or life circumstance changes you, we create blocks of protection. This we carry with us silently sabotaging our lives. Recognition of this with love and letting go allows us to move on and grow again.
