Chantel adopts a unique style of massage specializing in pain management and injury rehabilitation. Her therapeutic approach combines Thai Yoga stretching, trigger point therapy and Swedish techniques to provide a therapeutic, yet relaxing massage. She often works with athletes and weekend warriors, as well as sedentary computer workers; each one receives a customized massage based on the individual’s needs. Mountain Cascade Massage Therapy has a location in Avon, Colorado and also provides mobile massage throughout Eagle County (Vail, Minturn, Beaver Creek, Edwards and Eagle). Outside of the massage room, Chantel organizes massage at events including music festivals, sporting events, farmer's markets, company parties and more!
