Massage therapy styles depends on what the clients needs are. My skills range from Swedish, deep tissue, stretching, range of motion, table Thai massage, myofascial release, and prenatal. For pregnant women I have a pillow that allows room for the belly and breasts, so lying face down is an option without the pressure. I also offer cupping, & hot stone in office. Mobile Massage is also an option if people wish receive a massage at their home or condo. *Massage oil is fractionated coconut oil and cream organic biotone or Santa Barbara cream. *I do not use fragrances only essential oils most of all are Doterra Private yoga and pilates classes available as well
