Kim Skim Massage

About

Kim is a licensed massage therapist. She has over 10 years of medical massage therapy experience and has spent over a decade studying corrective exercises. Her experience includes treating individuals with spinal fusions, stimulators, chronic pain, plantar fasciitis, post-concussion, and more. During her treatments Kim uses deep, slow, broad massage strokes to help loosen fascial restrictions and release trigger points, while incorporating sports massage and neuromuscular therapy when needed. Kim also practices guasha scraping, vacuum cupping, and exercise instruction.
