My name is Katie and I have been a massage therapist for about 8 years now. I always strive to create a safe space where communication is encouraged. Together, we will give your body the time it needs to release using deep breaths, starting at the top layer of your tissues (your fascia/connective tissue) and then working down into the muscle tissues after to ensure that you get the most out of your session. I specialize in working with the fascia/connective tissue, I find that I get the best results for my clients from this modality of massage. I pride myself on my ability to listen to the body, soften stubborn muscles, and promote healing through a careful balance of mind, body, movement, and breath.
