With my background as a massage therapist, who has focused primarily on deep tissue, recovery and injury prevention, I am fascinated by the inter-connectedness of the body. In addition to my training in massage therapy and biodynamic craniosacral therapy, I have also taken additional trainings in polarity therapy and trauma related courses based off of Peter Lavine’s Somatic Experience work.
