Kat is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist. She specializes in offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage to support detoxification, surgery recovery, and medical condition management for those with healthy bodys and those with chronic inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. She has advanced training in post-surgical lymphatic massage and MLD for lymphedema management. Other services include: Cupping, Thai yoga massage, Hot Stones, Relaxation/Swedish and Reiki/Energy Work. Using her 200 -r Yoga Teacher training and experience as a former group fitness instructor, sessions may include exercise/movement suggestions to correct muscular imbalances, stretches, and foam rolling techniques.
