My journey in massage therapy started in 2010 at The Colorado School of Healing Arts in Fort Collins, CO. Over the 10+ years I have been practicing massage, I have had the privilege of working in many different settings. Working with a chiropractor, physical therapists, at ski resorts, and overseas has helped make my practice multifaceted with different techniques to help relieve pain and tension in the body.
