We offer corrective massage, prenatal massage, structural integration and pelvic floor physical therapy. We strive to free developed strain patterns that are specific to female body functions, systems, and traumas. Our prenatal massage effectively targets tension and pain, and our corrective prenatal massage unwinds soft tissue restrictions that can lead to unnecessary interventions or disrupt normal physiologic childbirth. Our training allows us to guide clients uniquely and therapeutically through pregnancy, postpartum, or toward their best health at any life stage. While a specific pronoun is used in our name, this is a safe and respectful place for transgender, nonbinary, and gender non-conforming individuals. Established in 1995.
