One-on-one sessions. We customize and tailor each session for each person based upon what the client needs. Of course we work integrate the modes of therapy with exercise, mobilization and nutrition under our coaches' Precision Nutrition certifications to work on recovery, weight loss, toning, muscle mass gain or specific athletic goals.
