My style of massage therapy is not your typical spa massage. A bodywork session typically involves an integration of various modalities to help address not just the physical imbalances, but also the emotional energies behind them. While many modalities treat the symptoms of the problem, my style of work gets to the root causes to help eliminate your pain. I am trained in a variety of modalities but tend to gravitate more toward structural integration, PDTR® and Craniosacral Therapy. Sessions are unique, powerful, and intended to create lasting change.
