Each massage session is crafted to your body’s changing needs seamlessly integrating the following modalities: NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY, SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION, MYOFASCIAL RELEASE (both in the style of John Barnes and Til Luchau), ORTHOPEDIC (also known as structural), SPORTS, TRIGGER POINT THERAPY, INSTRUMENT ASSISTED SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION (examples include TBars & Gua Sha), HOT STONE, SWEDISH, ELDER MASSAGE, ZEN SHIATSU, PHENOMENAL TOUCH (combining Thai massage stretches with undulation of the spine), PRENATAL, POSTNATAL & MOVING CUPPING. Together we will plan your session to address your goals, preferences and, if applicable, treatment plan to ensure you receive the best session possible whether that's 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
