I have been a Massage Therapist for 30 Years and have been trained in many different techniques and styles of massage, such as Swedish, Shiatsu, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Acupressure, Deep Tissue, Sport, Medical Massage, Chair Massage and Cupping. I have owned and operated a private practice, worked at The Hand and Stone Spa and alongside Doctors and Chiropractors in their clinics. I became a Reiki Master in 2019 and have introduced Reiki Healing into my Massage Techniques. The combination of a Reiki Infused Massage has allowed me to customize my massages even more and enhance the physical benefits of a massage. I am also a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and work in Sub Acute Rehabilitation.
