Welcome! My name is Elizabeth Leu, and I am the owner of Colorado Lifestyle Massage. I am a Colorado Native and embrace the outdoor lifestyle! Through the many Colorado activities I get to enjoy I have developed immense respect for our bodies and all that they do for us. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, graduated from the 720 hour program at Colorado School of Healing Arts. I am trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, and Aromatherapy. My intention is to create a practice that focuses on the needs of each individual client to allow the body to be able to keep up with whatever lifestyle they uphold.
