Centered Somatics was launched with the intent of fostering health and wellness in Colorado and the Fort Collins community. Rolfing Structural Integration, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and SourcePoint Therapy weave together to help relieve pain, reduce stress, help recovery from injury and encourage vitality. While these modalities are all useful on their own, they can also offer a path to complimenting the work offered by physical therapy, manual therapists, chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, and any number of the many ways we seek to heal ourselves and discover our own well-being.
