My name is Ashley Free and I am a LMT, Certified Intra-Oral Specialist (TMJ dysfunction). My passion is to IDENTIFY and CORRECT BODY DISUSE PATTERNS and help my clients THRIVE in their daily life. (Yes-this can also be done in a way that provides the relaxation so many need these days). My own health journey (autoimmune, athletic/overuse injuries, pregnancy complications, TMJ, motor vehicle accidents) has developed my unique and functional approach to bodywork. I know what it is to be in pain, and not able to live my fullest life---but I also know that I am no longer in pain, and am living an AMAZING LIFE through these practices. I fully believe YOU can have the same results. YOUR BODY IS UNIQUE. YOUR MASSAGE SHOULD BE TAILORED TO YOU.
