I believe in making the world a better place one Massage, Foot Zone, or Skin Care treatment at a time! I believe that all of us need more positive touch in our lives. As our lives become more pressured, we find fewer and fewer opportunities for actual physical contact with other people. On the clinical side, massage has been shown to increase circulation, improve respiration, ease digestion, and facilitate recovery from muscular injury and soreness. It relaxes the body and mind and calms the spirit. My treatments are intended to promote both healing and relaxation.
