As an integrative therapist, I pull from a robust toolbox of techniques and modalities including deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, neuromuscular, prenatal, relaxational/swedish, sports and injury, and trigger point pressure therapy, often in different combinations, in order to design and deliver an effective treatment plan tailored to you! No two massages are the same. I assess where muscle dysfunction exists in the body, evaluate soft tissue texture and quality, and understand the science behind what's happening physiologically to develop an integrative, therapeutic, and restorative treatment plan, so that together we can unlock powerful changes in your body!
