I've worked as a professional and licensed massage therapist in a chiropractic office for 20 years. During that time I have provided bodywork for a wide spectrum of clients from elite athletes to hospice care patients. This has given me excellent skills and a deep knowledge of the human body. I specialize in Swedish, Russian Sports, Injury, and Trigger-point Therapy. I combine all the modalities together to break through any trouble spots you may have. I'm easygoing and open-minded which creates a warm, welcoming, and trusting environment in my massage room. I'm a big teddy bear at heart.
