We are all very different individuals, I believe we should be treated as such. Taking the time to assess each client and goals or expectations they have for the session is my main focus. My modalities include techniques such as ashiatsu, deep tissue, myofascial technique, cupping therapy, PNF, etc and energy work to help me customize our session to fit you. My mission is to heal any individuals in this community with an intuitive and intentional therapeutic massage/energy work. My hours are flexible.
